This latest revision of Desktop PBA 4.0H includes modifications made due to the updated Schedule of benefits that went into effect in December 2015.


We have tested the procedure and new percentage changes and are confident they are correct. Please verify your claims after entering them for accuracy.

To upgrade or install PBA:

  1. Perform a backup (if upgrading)
  2. Make sure PBA is closed (if upgrading)
  3. Click the “Download” button to the left
  4. Click on “Save File”
  5. Locate the saved file and double click it
  6. Click on “Run”
  7. Click “Start”
  8. Follow the on-screen instructions
  9. Click Close

Schedule of Benefits Update

This Schedule of Benefits update includes changes effective December 21, 2015.

This Schedule of Benefits is already included in PBA 4.0H. Please upgrade PBA to the latest version if you are unfamiliar with how to install this schedule manually.

To download this new update, follow these steps:

  • Right-click on the following link Dec 2015 Schedule of Benefits
  • Click on Save Target (or Link) As
  • When asked where to save, choose C:\
  • Click on OK
  • In the PBA, go to Main menu
  • Click on Read Schedule Update Diskette
  • Click on Cancel, then select the + sign beside the C:\
  • Highlight the DECSOB2015.001 file and click on OK
